What Does An Average Day In Rehab Look Like?

Every addiction treatment center provides different programs and levels of care depending on the condition of your substance use disorder. The type of facility that you choose also plays a part, so it is necessary that you find out in more detail before enrolling in a particular center to ensure your individual needs are fulfilled.

Fixed Schedule

For an average day in rehab, you can look forward to a fixed wake-up and lights-out schedule, designated medical programs, group therapy sessions, and individual counseling sessions. These programs are interspersed at various times during the day to ensure you are fully occupied without being too overwhelmed.

Development of Programs

During the process of developing a specific treatment program for your disorder, the facility considers the level of care you require that aims to benefit you. An attempt will be made to ensure activities, sessions, and group meetings are kept highly informative and stimulating to allow you to get the most out of the program. There will also be an element of challenge to pique your interest to let you grow personally and as a team. This allows a more in-depth understanding of one another within the same group to create a co-operative atmosphere.

Enriching Activities

Rehab typically lasts from 30 to 90 days depending on the level of care you require. Each day is filled with activities that tackle not just treatment alone, but also guidance and support events that focus on addressing your emotional and psychological needs. You can look forward to a well-rounded care program that looks after you entirely.

What Are My Payment Options?

The cost of rehab may be a deterrent for some addicts but in reality, it does not need to be. There are plenty of payment options that you can choose to finance your rehab and the costs involved will depend on the level of care and number of programs that you sign up for. Regardless of whether you own health insurance, there is a variety of other modes available to help cover the costs of rehab if you are seeking the right financial option that suits your means.

Payment Plans

Long-term rehab programs can incur significant costs but the eventual sum will also depend on the types of programs that patients enroll for as well as their insurance coverage. Our facility works with individual patients to develop specific payment plans that can help cater to different budgets. This is to help make rehab much more affordable for everyone in need.

Insurance Plans

Every facility accepts different insurance plans and Spark To Recovery works with most major insurance carriers. During enrollment, our staff will help you verify your insurance by liaising with your insurance carrier while also recommending a series of specific questions that you can ask your insurance carrier if necessary. It is always recommended to check with your insurance carrier before enrolling at a treatment facility to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.

Major Credit and Debit Cards

Our treatment center also accepts most major credit and debit cards for payment such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express to help pay for your treatment.

Does Insurance Cover Treatment Programs At The Facility?

If you think that the costs of rehab are beyond what you can afford, do not despair and treat the situation as a deterrent. There are plenty of other options made available for you, like insurance, to help make the entire rehab experience a more affordable journey for everyone in need. If you do not have existing health insurance, we will provide the necessary guidelines you can follow, to get a hold of a suitable plan that can best accommodate your financial needs. That include getting treatment covered either partially or fully.

Insurance Coverage

Most private health insurance plans cover a certain percentage of rehab programs, whilst there are some that cover rehab programs entirely. To learn if your insurance carrier offers coverage for residential treatment, speak to a consultant to understand more. If you are not sure what to ask, our enrollment team can provide you with specific questions that you can ask your insurance carrier like the number of days and the types of services you are entitled to sign up for under your plan.

The Affordable Healthcare Act

Under the Affordable Healthcare Act, an insurance applicant will no longer be penalized for a pre-existing condition. This allows the applicant who may already be battling an addiction to continue applying for a healthcare policy. Alcohol and drug use disorders are also included in the ten main health benefits. This simply means that insurance policies must treat mental health disorders and addiction with the same level of importance as any other forms of medical conditions.

Can I Have Visitors During My Stay Here At Spark To Recovery?

At Spark To Recovery, we understand the needs of our patients who may want their loved ones to pay them a visit. A visit from a family member or a friend during treatment can help promote emotional healing, build trust, and boost morale both for our patients and their loved ones.

Inpatient Treatment Centers

For residents going through inpatient treatment, we do allow them to have visits from family and friends. This is for the sole purpose of encouraging healing, promoting higher emotional health, providing positive reinforcement, and re-building trust between one another. These are all highly essential aspects of recovery that can aid our patients in their rehab journey. We truly support friends and family who wish to send their emotional support by visiting our center residents as we consider the action a critical component of recovery.

Family Therapy

Family members of residents may also choose to participate in therapy sessions held by our center. The program is to provide support to loved ones through professional guided sessions that are effective in helping to build healthy boundaries, heal past wounds, and forge a more meaningful family atmosphere.

Structure of Family Visits

The structure of each family visit differs from time to time and depends on the needs of our residents. Our staff will need to consider the necessary factors to help determine the frequency and length of each visit that will be allowed for each patient. Family visits will be permitted not only upon the approval of our residents but also when our therapists believe the visit will be therapeutic for the resident.

Insurance Coverage

Most private health insurance plans cover a certain percentage of rehab programs whilst there are some that cover rehab programs entirely. To learn if your insurance carrier offers coverage for residential treatment, speak to a consultant to understand more. If you are not sure what to ask, our enrollment team can provide you with specific questions that you can ask your insurance carrier like the number of days and the types of services you are entitled to sign up for under your plan.
